Security Trusteeship is a contractual arrangement amongst Borrower, Lenders and the Trustee. This arrangement is established by executing a document called Security Trustee Agreement (STA). The securities under the transaction are created in favor of the trustee for the benefit of the lenders.
Debenture Trustee is appointed for listed / unlisted public / privately placed, Secured / Unsecured Debenture issued.
