Dr. Md Salim Uddin is serving as the Advisor of Trustee and Custodial Services Bangladesh Limited. He advised the company on broad range of duties from making difficult decisions and judgments related to distributions and legal interpretations, reporting, initiating transactions, managing trust assets, filing taxes on behalf of the trust, and more.
Mr. Salim Uddin is a seasoned management professional with vast expertise in different sector. Dr. Md. Salim Uddin is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Fellow Cost & Management Accountant (FCMA), and Certified Public Finance Accountant (CPFA). As Professional Accountant, he is fellow member of three professional accounting bodies which are: (i) the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh-ICAB (ii) the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh-ICMAB and (iii) The Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy-CIPFA, UK.
He was an Independent Director of The Chittagong Stock Exchange-CSE appointed by the Government. He was also an Independent Director of Premier Bank Ltd and Director of Rupali Investment Ltd. Lastly, he was a Director of Rupali Bank Ltd- a nationalized commercial bank appointed by the Government. He was the Vice President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh-ICAB.
At present, he is also the Chairman of Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation-BHBFC and Chairman, Executive Committee of Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd-IBBL and also elected councilor of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh-ICAB

Navdeep Singh possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in the area of Trust and Wealth Management. A 10-year veteran in the financial market, Navdeep Singh has worked with prominent banks and financial institutions in Canada. Mr. Singh started his career as an Investment Consultant in Investors Group. Later he joined TD Bank subsidiary of the Canadian multinational Toronto-Dominion Bank where he served in different roles. He was responsible for leading and developing advisory team to achieve their business and personal objectives; as well as maintain branch compliance and focus on improving the overall employee and client experience. Mr. Singh passes fair share time of his professional career working for International Trustee Company. During his tenure in Trustee company, he was responsible for providing specialized Trustee services for both local and offshore Institutional clients. This encompasses the services relating to all settlements, onshore and offshore transactions and administration of securities instruments carried out directly by the operation. He was also responsible for supervising and coaching staff responsible for the delivery of first-class securities and Trustee services, and to assist the business in development and implementation of new securities products / services and acquiring new clients. Mr. Singh possess specialized knowledge in ensuring that trustee remain the guardian of the Fund, held in Trust for the benefit of the unit holders. Though out his career he never placed their own self-interest above what is best for the trust and its beneficiaries.
Mr. Singh completed his Bachelor’s Degree from Shivaji University and Post Graduate from Centennial College
Abdullah Al Masud is the Chief Executive Officer of Trustee and Custodial Services Bangladesh Limited. He is responsible for ensuring that trustee remain the guardian of the Fund, held in Trust for the benefit of the unit holders, administer the trust in accordance with its terms and provisions and monitoring investment performance.
Mr. Masud is a fellow Chartered Accountant. Mr. Masud has experienced a long affiliation with international Accounting Firm, KPMG, (Rahman Rahman Huq, KPMG's member firm). He obtained his BBA in Accounting in 2007 from the University of Dhaka.
Through his extensive professional career in power sector of more than 11 years in leading private power projects in Bangladesh. He worked for Summit Group and Unique Group as Finance Controller and Company Secretary where he led all the areas of finance including: Corporate Treasury, Controllership, Investor Relations & Sustainability, Procurement, Real Estate, Planning & Forecasting, and Business Finance. He leads to raise funds and long-term project loans of more than USD 1.2 billion from IFC, ADB, IsDB, DEG, SCB, IDCOL. He is an expert in Project Financing and corporate finance management.
While working with KPMG, he experienced external audit of many multinational organizations.
Ziarul Hoque joined Trustee and Custodial Services Bangladesh Limited as Chief Compliance Officer where he is responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring the processes by which the company will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Mr. Hoque has more than 5 years of working experience in the filed of finance at different capabilities. Prior to joining Trustee and Custodial Services Bangladesh Limited he worked in North-West Power Generation Company Ltd. and KPMG. During his tenure in North-West Power Generation Company Limited he worked in ensuring corporate compliance, raising fund for the company. Mr. Hoque has experience in auditing company and preparing quarterly and annual financial statements complying International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS).
He completed his Advanced Stage of CA and Completed 1,100 marks out of 1,700 marks from Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB).
Sazzad Iftekhar is the Chief Financial Officer of Trustee and Custodial Services Bangladesh Limited, responsible for the company’s financial management functions including accounting and control, financial planning and analysis, treasury and tax.
Mr. Iftekhar area of expertise include managing financials, fund, accounting records & reporting, audit of processes, developing internal control tools to ensure good governance using academic and practical knowledge acquired through rigorous professional career. Prior to joining Trustee and Custodial Services Bangladesh Limited, Mr. Iftekhar worked as Head of Internal Audit & Compliance at Ashuganj Power Station Company Limited where he was responsible for Assessment of internal control and developing control tools to ensure good corporate governance, and supervising team members regarding performing pre-audit of all sorts of local payment and foreign payment through Letter of Credit in line with Public Procurement Act, Company’s own procurement procedures & Delegation of Financial Power along with other responsibilities. Mr. Iftekhar also have experience of working at KPMG Bangladesh.
Mr. Iftekhar is an Associate Chartered Accountant. He completed his Master’s and Bachelor’s in Accounting & Information Systems from the University of Dhaka.
M. Imtiaz Farooq is currently serving Trustee and Custodial Services Bangladesh Limited as legal advisor. Mr. Farooq developed a niche practice in advising clients on international arbitration, corporate structuring, public and private mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and cross-border; joint ventures and inward investment, investment funds, and tax issues in Bangladesh and large-scale private development and investment projects secured through various financing models including formation of SPVs, Syndicated loan arrangements, Securitisation etc. Mr Farooq, in 2009, concluded a reform-oriented research on International Arbitration and its impact on Investment Climate of Bangladesh. The project was funded by International Finance Corporation (IFC). The research report comparatively analyses the best practices of promoting investment through appropriate dispute settlement system, endeavours to highlight the shortcomings in the approach of GOB in this regard and proposes extensive reforms of related legislations and infrastructure. He is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Before joining practice in Bangladesh, he was a lecturer at University of Cardiff teaching property law and trusts. He graduated from Cardiff University, UK and completed his post graduate from University of Oxford, UK. He has several international publications on various aspects of property law, including security creation and enforcement.
